Your order will be ready within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Please wait for your ready-to-collect notification before visiting. Collection is available during studio opening hours. Bring your order confirmation or FADRA order reference.

Please collect within 14 days of your ready-to-collect notification. If you need longer, we’ll continue holding your order. Orders collected after this period no longer qualify for voluntary change-of-mind or size returns. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Read the collection returns policy.

When to expect your order

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed. This includes preparing your parcel and delivery within Malaysia. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates. If your parcel is delayed, email hello@fadra.co with your order reference and we’ll help.

Delivery to your address

Delivery to a Malaysian address is RM10 per order, shown in your bag before you pay. Studio collection is free. Product prices and payments are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). We currently deliver to Malaysian addresses only.

Following your parcel

For delivery orders, we’ll email your tracking details once your parcel has been handed to the courier. Please allow time for the courier’s first scan to appear.

Check your delivery address and contact details before paying. If something needs changing, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help where we can, but changes may not be possible once the parcel is dispatched.

If tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us so we can help investigate with the courier.
